Therapeutic Heating Neck Wrap

Rice and lavendar filled soft fleece neck wrap to ease neck pain and headaches.
 
Microwave for 1 minute and check temperature, if cool, continue process every 30 seconds until warm enough.
 
Don't heat for longer than 3 minutes to avoud overheating.
